SERVICE DEPARTMENT

Staffed by Nationally Certified Master Technicians, we do everything possible to assure customers of cost effective repair procedures. Each Technician is a specialist on specific makes of vehicles and attends a minimum of 48 hours of upgrade training a year to stay current in their areas of specialty.

In addition, we use the most current diagnostic equipment for today's high-tech vehicles including the Computer Aided Service engine diagnostic analyzer and Bosch Service Equipment.

CUSTOMER SERVICE

Staffed by Customer Representatives who are also certified as Master Technicians and are graduates of many Customer Service courses and seminars. They are specialists in communication and function as YOUR representative to the Technician.

Computer generated reports and files are maintained on every vehicle serviced to assure the proper recommendations and advice. We send reminder cards to assist in maintaining proper service intervals. CD-ROM based computer systems are used to supply the latest information on parts, service, and factory Technical Service Bulletins (TSB'S). Larry's also participates in a nationwide repair database and expert staffed service to locate hard-to-find factory information and the most current service techniques. We also provide shuttle service as well.

PARTS DEPARTMENT

Staffed by Certified Parts Specialists to assure the correct parts are located in a timely and cost effective manner. We use over 35 different parts sources to assure the availability of the quality part needed to repair your vehicle in a timely fashion

A continuously updated CD-ROM parts identification system is utilized to assure proper parts applications.
