LARRY'S AUTOWORKS
PREFERRED CUSTOMER PROGRAM OVERVIEW

What is a Preferred Customer Card? Our Preferred Customer Card is a benefit we give to our loyal customers who keep their vehicle in top condition and want to reduce their overall operating costs.

What's in it for me? You receive over $450 worth of discounts and added value services to help you properly maintain your vehicle while lowering your overall costs by as much as one-half over five-years compared to only repairing your vehicle when it breaks. (see Certified Maintenance Program)

How do I obtain my Preferred Customer Card? Schedule and keep an appointment for your regularly scheduled service, which you would most likely do anyway, within 30-days of your recommended appointment date.

How long is my Preferred Customer Card good? The card is good for 13 months from date of issue, simply schedule and keep appointments, within 30-days of your next recommended service date for that period. For most vehicles this is on a 6-month/6,000-mile schedule. Appointments can be rescheduled but need to be kept within thirty days of the initial scheduled date to keep the card in effect.

What does Larry's AutoWorks do? We will make it as easy as possible for you to maintain your vehicle by scheduling advanced appointments for your recommended services and notifying you within 2 weeks of that appointment by mail and by phone. If you need to reschedule we will be happy to give you a time that is more convenient. We will give you a Preferred Customer Card that has a retail value of over $450 and includes: free rental cars with service, free car wash with service, loaner cars with service, free window treatment (Aquapel), and others added values and discounts. You or anyone that you choose can use your Preferred Customer Card. We will also check your vehicles tire pressure and fluids for no charge at anytime you drop in during our normal business hours.

WHY DID WE CREATE THE
PREFERRED CUSTOMER PROGRAM?

As you know, at Larry's AutoWorks we are committed to being the best in the Automotive Maintenance Industry and your best alternative for maintaining and repairing your vehicle. This includes maintaining a clean, organized, first-rate facility and keeping up with the rapidly changing technical aspects of today's vehicles through advanced training and obtaining the most up-to-date equipment to service and repair your vehicle. We also hire and train individuals that are head-and-shoulders above the industry average to assure superior customer service.

We understand that making our customers happy is about more than just repairing their vehicle when it breaks down. Making customers happy is about keeping their vehicles from breaking down in the first place! Unfortunately, most of the Automotive Repair Industry does not yet understand this.

MORE COMPLICATED THAN A MOON LANDER

Many in the Automotive Repair Industry would like you to believe that the cars of today are the same as those of yesterday and therefore you can maintain your vehicle in the same manner without adverse consequences. Nothing could be further from the truth. There are at least 30,000 parts on the average new car, and over 5,000 of them move. All moving parts require a clean source of lubricating oils, coolant, or greases, and this is provided by some relatively inexpensive, but very hardworking fluids and filters. In addition today's vehicles have expensive electronic parts that can be effected by poor maintenance habits. The simplest of new cars has more computing power than the Apollo Moon Lander had. Today's electronics are so sophisticated that cars run well even when there are serious failures in progress. These systems are advanced enough to mask developing problems. Often by the time you have detected a malfunction, one that you can feel or otherwise sense, you may have already damaged expensive components.

POOR OR INCORRECT MAINTENANCE
EQUALS EXPENSIVE REPAIRS

Poor maintenance practices force electronics to work overtime, or to carry excess current to compensate for worn out spark plugs, plugged filters, etc. Continuos operation in overtime (engineers call this "exceeding the duty cycle") builds heat in electronic components, leads to increased component on-time, and ultimately to premature failure. Electronics are damaged by heat, excess current, vibration, excessive "on" time and violent swings in temperature and humidity. Asking them to operate beyond design limits is just begging for trouble you don't need. Neglecting maintenance is a good way to force a car into expensive breakdowns, early and often.

Making our customers happy is also about making it easy and convenient for them to do business with us, making and keeping promises, and developing additional ways to give them added value for the money that they spend. In other words, we are continually working to expand the services that we can offer our customers and increase the value of what we do. To meet these needs we have developed our Preferred Customer Program. This exciting new program is based on our wide experience in maintaining our customer's vehicles, the manufacturers' recommendations and our customers many comments.

GUESSWORK IS EXPENSIVE

Larry's AutoWorks removes the guesswork of maintaining your vehicle by using a sound Scientific Approach wherever possible. This prevents us from changing fluids and filters too often or waiting too long and letting fluids and filters go to the point of allowing damage to expensive components. We believe it is just as bad to service your vehicle too often as it is to service it too seldom. This approach of doing only what is necessary helps our customers maintain their vehicle for the lowest overall operating costs while increasing reliability and maintaining high resale value.

Further, we believe that it is just as risky to have someone that is not qualified asses the condition of your vehicle and attempt to help you make important decisions about maintaining what for many is their second largest financial investment. This is why we insist that each of our technicians specialize in specific makes of vehicles and continues to take at least 48-hours of advanced training in their specific specialty areas each year. And, why we employ five ASE Master Technicians and an Automotive Engineer.

LOWER COST AND HIGHER RELIABILITY

Experience has shown that our customers prefer this lower overall cost/higher reliability approach to vehicle maintenance and understand the value of having qualified experts maintaining and repairing their investments.

So call 650-968-5202 now and make an appointment to maintain your vehicle and pick-up your Preferred Customer Card. Let our team of professionals impress you today!
