Larry's AutoWorks, located at 2526 Leghorn Street in Mountain View, is actually three specialty shops under one roof. Formerly at three separate locations, we have combined our administrative functions so you can deal with your favorite Customer Service person for all of your automotive needs. As a Bosch Factory Authorized Service Center we have the technical information and equipment needed to do the job right the first time. Each of our ASE certified specialists attend a minimum of 12 hours of update training every quarter to assure we have the knowledge to properly service and repair the vehicles on which they specialize. As a Snap-On Diagnostics Training Center, our facility is used to train and update our technicians and those of other facilities in the area, so we have the latest and most complete technical information available. Through the use of a regularly updated DVD library of ALLDATA information, the latest specifications, repair information and Technical Service Bulletins are kept at our Master Technicians fingertips. This allows us to have the correct information to perform needed work, and we can inform you of recalls or other pertinent information. A complete history of every vehicle we service is maintained on the computer to assure a thorough and complete approach on every visit. If you decide to sell your vehicle, we are happy to provide a summary of all work done to assure top resale value for you. Our unique 36 month or 36,000 mile written warranty applies to repair work we perform. This is the most comprehensive warranty in the industry, which we are able to offer due to the highest quality parts and specialized technical abilities we utilize. Each of our technicians abides by a Code of Ethics that assures all work will be done in the most professional and ethical manner possible. Any services not provided in-house, such vehicle detailing, are handled through selected vendors. For example, a complete detailing operation, Perfection Auto Detailing, is located in the building with us and works closely with us to provide their full spectrum of services to our customers. To take advantage of one-stop-shopping for your auto maintenance needs simply let us know and we will help you make all the arrangements. In the case of repair services, such as speedometer repair, each of our vendor's work is fully covered by OUR warranty. In situations where we feel another facility can do a more cost-effective or complete job, we will simply refer you to that company. An example of this might be stereo installations, alarm installations, or glass replacement. We also maintain quality sources for most services your vehicle may require including suppliers for services such as body repair and painting. Our goal is your peace of mind! |
