We are the only shop in the area to give a 3 year or 36,000 mile written warranty on every repair we do. We can do this because our staff of Nationally Certified Master Technicians are Specialists on the vehicle they personally service and we only use factory grade or better parts. Not even the dealer offers this warranty on their repairs!




Larry’s AutoWorks in Mountain View California has been announced as the 2013 winner for “Best Auto Repair” in both Mountain View and Palo Alto, California. There is stiff competition among local shops to win this coveted award; it is determined by online votes cast by local residents. Larry’s has many customers from both communities since they are located near the border of both. This is the tenth year that Larry’s AutoWorks has won this vote in Mountain View; it is the 5th year for Palo Alto. Larry’s AutoWorks is part of the AutoVitals Network and is a proud member of the Automotive Service Councils of California, the Automotive Service Association and has been designated as an Environmental Model Shop for California.

We do everything possible to assure customers of cost-effective repair procedures, which can lower the cost of vehicle operation by as much as 50% over the life of the vehicle. Each Technician attends a minimum of 50 hours of upgrade training a year to stay current in their areas of specialty

We use the most current diagnostic equipment for today's high-tech vehicles including the Factory diagnostic systems, AutoLogic, Snap on and Bosch Service Equipment.

Our Customer Service Advisors are graduates of the top Customer Service courses and seminars in the country. They are specialists in communication and function as YOUR representative to assure the Technician understands your needs.

The most up-to-date technical information is accessed on every vehicle, to assure that any safety, technical service bulletins or warranty issues are brought to your attention. Larry's also participates in a nationwide repair database with over 100,000 technicians across the country which assists in locating hard-to-find factory information and the most current service techniques.

In the case of sublet repair services, each of our vendor's work is fully covered by OUR warranty. In situations where we feel another facility can do a more cost-effective or complete job, we will simply refer you to that company. An example of this might be stereo installations, alarm installations, glass replacement or body and paint services.
